A great company to deal with because they are lending their own money, which makes the decision making processes transparent and quick, in part also due to the flat management hierarchy (your account manager who reports to the owner). Hunters are easy to communicate with and always answer the phone or returns your calls and emails quickly so you are never left wondering. They are supported by a good team of professional (surveyors and lawyers) who are fair and nice to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend Hunters to anyone looking for finance and will be using them for the next project. In a word they take the worry out of finance so you can put your energy and creativity into development.

Hunter Finance stepped in when the bank let us down. They were extremely well informed and made the whole lending process as least stressful as possible. We have now sold all the properties and are looking into our next venture which is a block of flats in Tonbridge Kent.
